Zhang Yongxiang
His Japanese name is Gen Yayama. Born in Liaoning Province, China in 1951. He inherited the secret Qigong technique that had been passed down from generation to generation since he was six years old. He studied at the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a Chinese university of oriental medicine. In 1986, he came to Japan to promote Qigong exchanges between Japan and China. He lectured all over Japan. In 1989, he was invited to Nippon Medical School as a visiting researcher and Chinese Qigong specialist, and continued to research Qigong treatments for cancer and incurable diseases for three years (later he was invited to the Tokyo Institute of Technology as a visiting researcher in Qigong external Qi treatment). In August 1991, he established Japan's first Qigong company, Sanpo Co., Ltd., and became its representative director. In 2000, he established the Qigong Master Training School, which teaches Zhang-style Qigong, and became its principal.

Information on Zhang Qigong Master Training School
Zhang Yongxiang decided to make public the secret teachings of Taoism that had been handed down from father to son for over 450 years in order to spread real Qigong to the world.
At the Zhang Style Qigong Master Training School, principal Zhang Yongxiang (Japanese name: Hachiyama Gen) and vice principal Hachiyama Yue (real name: Ikeda Kyoko) teach classes based on the unique curriculum of Zhang Style Qigong, which is one of a kind in the world. Hachiyama Yue is Zhang Yongxiang's daughter-in-law and was taught directly by him. She is a Qigong master who has accumulated experience in various Qigong techniques, including Qigong therapy, at the Sanbo Qigong Therapy Institute. Hachiyama Yue is the instructor mainly when Zhang Yongxiang is on business trips overseas, and Zhang Yongxiang himself is the instructor when he is in Japan.

About our clinic (Sanbo Comprehensive Therapy Clinic)
At our Qigong Therapy Clinic, we provide Zhang-style Qigong treatments in Tokyo and Osaka.
We also provide on-site treatments and remote Qigong treatments.
The Qigong treatments at our clinic mainly utilize “outside qi” (the qi of nature).
Gai-kijutsu is a safe therapy that does not involve touching the body, and does not require any special preparation or removing clothes.
Depending on the state of your Qi, we may stimulate the meridians (pathways through which Qi flows in the body) and perform a 10-minute Tuina (Chinese acupressure massage) to improve the flow of Qi. Just to be on the safe side, please come in comfortable clothes suitable for Tuina (massage) (you may bring a change of clothes).
The treatment takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Many people fall into a light sleep as their chi flow improves during the treatment, so we recommend that you allow 60 to 90 minutes between the appointment and the end of the treatment. This sleep enhances the effects of the external energy.
