    Initial consultation fee* 5,000 yen (for first-time patients and those who have been with us for over a year). [First-time patients: Fill out a medical questionnaire, confirm your condition, and receive an explanation of treatment options, etc., approximately 30 minutes to an hour] Advance reservations are required by phone or email.
